__The Rules

  When filling out the order form, please be sure to include your name, a valid e-mail address, the type of design you're looking for (see our price list for examples) and at least three images you wish to be used in the design (the higher the quality the better your result).


  If you would like more than one layout or design project then you must fill out more than one order form. One request per order, please. (Ex. If you need website design or layouts for more than one domain.)


  I will not accept any images directly from your computer as an e-mail attachment, so please upload them to a free service like photobucket, and include the links to those images when filling out the form.


  Please do not pay me until after you have received your design. I will e-mail you a basic copy of your project and, if you approve, payment should then be sent. After I receive payment your fully-featured and completed design will be e-mailed to you.


  All payments are final and will be sent through PayPal. Unfortunately I am not offering any other methods at this time.


  Keep in mind that the e-mail address you include should be one you check often (or one that you specifically use for PayPal) as I will send a money request to that account.
